  • No, your credits do not expire. You can use them whenever you need to send assessments to clients.

  • It’s not required, but we highly recommend it! Taking the assessment yourself helps you understand the experience from your client’s perspective and makes it easier to interpret results.

  • No certification is required. The platform is designed to be user-friendly, with built-in guidance to help you interpret results. However, training materials and support are available if you want to deepen your expertise.

  • When you remove a client, they will no longer appear in your dashboard, and you won’t be able to access their results. Their data is not deleted from the system, but you will lose visibility into their profile. 

  • If your client hasn’t completed the assessment, you can send them a reminder through the platform. If they lost the email, you can resend the invitation.

  • The platform allows you to view and compare client results directly in your dashboard. You can also generate reports that visually compare your client’s cognitive preferences with your own or with a team.
